CSJMU results 2026: Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur has declared the results of various odd semester courses related to the 2025-26 academic session conducted under the NEP framework. The information was issued through an official communication by the Controller of Examinations addressed to principals of all affiliated colleges.The university stated that although the results have been announced, several colleges and students have submitted applications regarding discrepancies linked mainly to subject changes and draft status in examination forms. These cases are being forwarded to the university for verification and resolution.Colleges directed to submit issue detailsAccording to the circular, the direction was issued following orders of the Vice Chancellor. Principals of affiliated colleges have been asked to appear before the office of the Deputy Registrar (Examination) on scheduled dates with details of student-related issues.Institutions must submit both a soft copy of the data in the prescribed format through the official email and a hard copy during the meeting. The university clarified that the information should include cases such as subject modification requests and problems related to draft status in examination forms.To facilitate the process, principals have also been asked to bring their computer operator with a laptop. The presence of technical staff is intended to allow immediate verification and correction of the submitted records.Students have been instructed not to visit the university for this process. The circular also states that students seeking draft corrections or subject amendments must provide a certified copy of their original application or examination form.Schedule for affiliated collegesThe university has allocated separate dates for districts to ensure orderly processing of applications submitted by affiliated institutions.
The circular was issued by Controller of Examinations Rakesh Kumar.Scrutiny portal reopened and ITEP application deadlineIn a separate office memorandum, the university stated that the online portal for scrutiny and challenge evaluation on the Samarth portal for the 2025-26 odd semester and previously conducted semester examinations has been reopened. The facility excludes LLB and BA LLB courses.The portal had earlier remained open until March 07, 2026 following a university notice dated February 26, 2026. After requests from students, the deadline has been extended and applications can now be submitted until March 10, 2026 by paying the prescribed fee.Meanwhile, the Department of Education informed that the online application process for the entrance examination for admission to ITEP B.Sc. B.Ed. and BA B.Ed. preparatory level programmes is ongoing through the National Testing Agency website. Interested candidates must submit their applications before the deadline of March 10, after which no further submissions will be accepted.
