The Human Rights Commission has requested a report on alleged custodial torture linked to a protest against drug abuse in Punjab, following a complaint by Rajya Sabha MP Tarun Chugh. The incident occurred during Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s “Lok Milni” programme in Sheron village.
