MP Board Class 5 results 2026: The Madhya Pradesh School Education Department has released the Class 5 board-pattern examination results, recording a pass percentage of 95.14 per cent across the state. The announcement was made at Vallabh Bhavan in Bhopal by School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh.The results indicate a strong performance by students, particularly among female candidates, who achieved a higher pass percentage compared to their male counterparts.Gender-wise performance highlightsOut of all students who appeared in Class 5, 96.19 per cent of female students passed the examination, while 94.15 per cent of male students cleared it. The figures reflect a consistent gap favouring female students.A total of 1,276,404 students appeared for the Class 5 examinations. Among them, 924,783 students were from rural areas, while 351,621 students belonged to urban regions.Top performing divisions and districtsShahdol division emerged as the top-performing division in the Class 5 results. It was followed by Narmadapuram, Indore, Chambal, Jabalpur, Bhopal, Gwalior, Ujjain, Rewa and Sagar.Among districts, Narsinghpur secured the first position. It was followed by Dindori, Balaghat, Jhabua, Alirajpur, Sehore, Narmadapuram, Chhindwara, Indore and Barwani.Examination coverage and infrastructureThe examinations were conducted across a large network of schools and centres. In total, students from government schools, private institutions and madrasas participated. The broader examination exercise involved 110,699 institutions across the state.Centres were set up in nearby schools to ensure accessibility, and answer sheets were evaluated at designated centres after being transferred across development blocks.Direct link to check and download the MP Class 5 results 2026 Result access and further stepsStudents accessed their results online through the official portal, which handled high traffic immediately after the declaration due to multiple servers being deployed.Those who did not pass will be eligible for supplementary examinations.
