Strict Enforcement of ‘No PUC, No Fuel’ Policy Set to Begin in Delhi-NCR
Starting October 1, 2023, Delhi-NCR will enforce a ‘No PUC, No Fuel’ policy, requiring valid Pollution Under Control Certificates for refueling. This initiative aims to combat air pollution by ensuring only compliant vehicles receive fuel. Fuel stations equipped with ANPR cameras will monitor compliance, with penalties for non-compliance. Vehicle owners are urged to obtain valid PUCCs ahead of the deadline.
