Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote is funding a $660 million fuel pipeline between Ethiopia and Djibouti, aiming to enhance energy security and reduce transport times for fuel imports. The pipeline will connect Djibouti’s Damerjog port to a distribution facility in Ethiopia and is expected to be operational within 18 months.
