Uganda Withdraws from Prince Harry’s Invictus Games, Military Leader Confirms
Uganda has announced its withdrawal from the Invictus Games, a sports event for wounded veterans organized by Prince Harry. The decision, made public by military chief General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, was influenced by concerns over perceptions of opposition to King Charles III. Uganda had previously committed to participating just two months ago, becoming the 26th country to join the games.
