A serious coach accident in the Swiss Alps has resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries, as reported by local authorities. The incident occurred late Thursday afternoon when a tourist bus overturned in the Graubünden region, an area also known as Grisons, between the towns of Susch and Zernez.
Emergency services quickly mobilized, sending a large team of rescuers to the scene, which included several helicopters to assist in the rescue efforts. According to officials, the bus was carrying 48 passengers from the Netherlands, as confirmed by a representative from the General Dutch Association of Travel Companies, on behalf of the tour operator OAD.
